Zarwin Baum DeVito Kaplan Schaer Toddy, P.C. was founded in 1960 by Norman Zarwin and Harris Baum. They built the Firm with a shared mission: to embody professional excellence and give back to the community which it serves. Over the last six decades, based on this foundation, the Firm has prospered and grown, developing a loyal, ambitious, and highly skilled team of top talent. Headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, the Firm maintains four additional offices in Mount Laurel, NJ, Jersey City, NJ, Wilmington, DE, and Pittsburgh, PA.
